Submission Terms: Requests (whether online or mail) must be received on or before 9/1/19. Valvoline will direct your entire rebate to the identified charity if you so indicate with your rebate request. Altered receipts are not acceptable. Requests must be submitted directly by the individual who made the qualifying purchase. Group submissions are prohibited. You must provide all requested information accurately, clearly and legibly. Transfer/trading of proof of purchase is strictly prohibited. Use of fictitious names, addresses or organizations to obtain additional rebates is fraud and is in violation of Federal Law, and may result in prosecution and a term of imprisonment, fine or both. Requests may not be mechanically reproduced. Valvoline is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
Online Requests: You must submit a scanned image or picture of the original receipt showing purchase and store information. Retain originals for your files. Valvoline has no control over mobile telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Mail Requests: You must use the original submission form from the applicable retail partner for requests – copies of this form will be rejected. Requests (including envelopes) must be handwritten. Limit one (1) rebate request per handwritten addressed envelope. Copies of receipts will be rejected – please maintain a copy for your records. Use of P.O. Box addresses (for submission or delivery) is prohibited, except in the state of Alaska. $1 Valvoline Donation: For each valid rebate submission, Valvoline will donate $1 to the identified charity, up to any applicable maximum donation. The following maximum donation amounts apply: $2,500 to Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, and $4,500 to Building Homes for Heroes. $1 donation is not tax deductible to you.
